We understand how the body works, and we employ that knowledge for your well being. We find out your goals, analyze your current physical state, add in some nutritional advice, then devise a program that will get you results.
This program starts by having an in-depth evaluation by one of our performance coaches. We evaluate each client considering the following areas: body composition, flexibility, strength, as well as past or present injuries and orthopedic conditions. Each client is assigned a performance coach that will closely monitor their progress, give feedback and progress their program to reach optimum results. Each client will be re-assessed every 3 months to ensure progress is being made.
