Exercising as We Age

A lot of people believe that the older we get, the less there is the need to exercise. This couldn’t be further from the truth! Here are just a few of the many reasons to stay active and participate in weight-bearing activities for 20-40 minutes 2-3 days per week.

  • Live Longer
  • Prevent/Delay Disease (including, but not limited to Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease)
  • Better Bone Density
  • Prevent Falls
  • More confidence and independence performing normal daily activities
